Preparation Guide: Once your form has been completed, check that inbox one last time. This email will include important information on how to prepare for your tests effectively, as well as a Lab Appointment Booking Link with easy access to schedule your lab appointment at your convenience.

Lab Draw Options

Our Men’s and Women Yearly, Add-On to Yearly, and Mid-Year Testing can all be drawn at a Testing facility close to you at no extra cost. We will provide detailed information on how to go about booking this appointment after purchase.

For Specialty Tests: Specialty test kits will be delivered directly to you. We will provide tracking numbers and detailed information on how to complete these tests after purchase.

Mobile Lab Draw Options: Want your lab draw to be done at home? No problem! We work with a third party phlebotomist team to draw all of your labs, including specialty tests at home. The fees for them to come to you are:

$99 for first lab panel or specialty test

+ $45 for each additional specialty test

Your results will be securely delivered through our dedicated online portal. You can also track your result progress year after year using your personalized lab app, making it simple to view and share your results with your healthcare providers.

We aim to make the process of getting your labs drawn as seamless and accessible as possible. Once you sign up for testing with us, we provide comprehensive information on how and where to get your labs drawn, as well as detailed instructions on how to prepare for your test.

Do I Need To Fast Before Testing?

The need to fast before treatments or tests depends on the specific service you are receiving. For some tests, it is important to fast for 8-10 hours beforehand to ensure accurate results. For others, fasting is not necessary. Once you book your lab tests, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to prepare for your specific test.

Do You Accept HSA/FSA? Insurance?

We qualify for FSA and HSA. However, we do not currently accept insurance. For those wanting to submit their receipts to their insurance company for reimbursement, we are happy to write a medical necessity letter if needed to help you for filing a claim.

What Is The Age Limit For Testing?

We require that individuals be 16 years and older for lab testing.

What Happens If There Is An Urgent Lab Result?

If any results require urgent attention, we will contact you immediately by phone and email. Please make sure that the phone number and email address you provide us in your inatke form is accurate.

What Is The Policy On Refunds?

Fees are due at the time of order. Because ordering triggers costs with third parties, fees are non‑refundable once an order is placed. If a specimen is rejected, we will work with you and the lab on a re‑collection We may, at our discretion, cancel or refuse an order (for example, for safety, eligibility, or operational reasons) and will address refunds consistent with our then‑current policy.Prices and available tests may change without notice.

How Long Does It Take To Receive Results And Summaries?

Result times can vary depending on the specific test, so we cannot provide an exact timeframe. Generally, you can expect to receive results and detailed summaries within 2-3 weeks for most tests. Specialized tests, like the micronutrient analysis, typically take about 4-5 weeks. Our goal is to deliver your results and detailed summaries with recommendations promptly and efficiently.

Will My Results And Summaries Be Private?

Yes, absolutely. We collect personal health information and share results, along with detailed summaries, exclusively through our ighly secure, HIPAA-compliant medical portal.
